The probably want invoices directly from Samsung, is your wholesaler an authorized wholesaler?

Go to your local samsung HQ and inquire about it there.

Then start talking with the amazon manager and bout what it needed to be approved then go back and forth until you get it figured out.

theres been a heavy crackdown on samsung and a few other brands they brand/product gated everything and you have to be extremely creative to get past them

its possible though... even now
