Is this setup safe?

I have created a new user account on my laptop and I am renting an IP address which I entered into firefox. I have been able to get a new ebay ID using this method. I have never entered my old Amazon info into it. Is that "clean" enough to set up a Ghost Amazon account?

I can tell that you are just beginning your journey... so you should really start from the beginning.

So start by actually reading the amazon ghost. (Don't even do anything with amazon before this)
