New accounts professional only?
 

Am i doing something wrong? Everytime i sign up a new account, it wants it to be a professional plan. i wanted to try some alternative methods of creating stealth...and it is defaulting me to professional, not sure how to change it during sign up?

when your click on selling plan as professional. at the bottom in very small words is to select individual

You can switch from a professional account to a customized one. But payment for the professional of the month will be not refundable

Weird... professional accounts don't request id /bank before i have the option of listing an item. but individual immediately asks. either i was lucky on those others, or it just works this way?

I turned a real buying account into a selling account around Christmas. It did not request anything. After 50 sales we did have to add tax id.

It's a risk formula

If you have a legit buyer account with legit sales that turns into an individual or even pro seller, you will probably not have to verify as long as you have solid history.

A newly registered individual or pro seller will often times get hit with verification

You can still make individual stores just google amazon individual and it should link you to a registration page

yeah individual asked me for docs.. pro out of the shoot didn't. I contacted a creative professional, so we'll see. However, i am curious i got notification that they couldn't charge 0.01 to my vcc.. yet every other $39.99 vcc i used the last couple days charged fine lol.
