Hi folks,
For absolutely no reason, payoneer blocked my account and told me, that I wont be able to get my money. About 8k lost.
They say that I've done something against their rules, but I was only paying to preparation center and cashing out through ATM.

Was the Payoneer account in your real name?
Was the Amazon account in your real name?
Were the items being sold on the Amazon account legit?

Amazon is a stealth account and it's alive.
Payoneer is under my name.
Items are legit.

That's really bizarre... Was the volume high all of a sudden?
Did they ask you where all this money is coming from?
Or is it just you are suspended and that's it? No other mention of anything?

Still have no idea what a "preparation centre" is, sounds dodgy. Why do you need it when you can just withdraw from payoneer with a card or bank?

preparation center is a place where I send returned items to repack.
I pay them through payoneer. not big money, about 50-100 per month.
they never asked for any documents. They see where money comes from.
In the transaction history you can see - "amazon payments"
that was about a 2-week volume.

Ok that sucks, of course you know you shouldn't have that much money in Payoneer, especially if you only transfer a small amount to this packing place. Seems odd that they would refuse to return your money because of that

Something obviously drew attention to the account. $8000 is a lot of money in such a short period of time.
Payoneer is a US based company (New York State I believe).
Have you reached out to Payoneer to attempt to resolve the issue? In not, please try and do so but be friendly about it.
If you have done this ALREADY and are getting no results, you might want to contact the CFPB as well as the NY State Dept. of Financial Services. http://consumerfinance.gov http://www.dfs.ny.gov
I suggest you file the complaints at the SAME time, and as soon as possible. Only state the facts, and be concise and clear in your complaints.
Your case is likely to go directly to the Executive Office at Payoneer for review if you do that, however there there no guarantees as the actual facts of your particular case are unknown.

When the likes of amazon, ebay, paypal and now payoneer suspend an account, they always know the reason.
The sad issue is the owner of the account may not know fully understand the reason.
Read thro payoneer T&S and see if anything becomes obvious. Be friendly and polite as you deal with attempting to get resolution. | |

...Maybe it's the service you sent the money to? Linked to others using it to pay for items and they were foo-foos or something? Something isn't on the up and up with where the money was going.

Payoneer just like any money transmitter or financial institution is regulated. If you are unable to resolve you problem with them then you have the basis to file a complaint with those respective agencies.
As Greenbean stated above, you might not know what violated their T&S, but they do. There is always a reason.
If CFPB & the NY Dept. of Financial Services don't yield positive fruit, I would suggest contacting a Consumer Attorney for further guidance.

I'll state the obvious- There is no way you should be selling $4,000 per week on one account. That's insane. You need to spread that out.

But all of us reading this think the 4K a week is a hot point.

that was regular paycheck. | One I get an Email from payoneer that money is in the account I hop on my bike and get my ass to the closest ATM and withdraw the $$$.
After the experience with paypal and amazon and whatnot, getting the $$$ out asap seems the most logic thing to do.
