formerly when I asked AMZ to remove a seller feedback because it was simply a product feedback it usually disappeared right away. Is that still the case?

Of course it should be removed, but not all Amazon employees are created equal. While multiple attempts can help, if you look at the landscape now, the system makes it nearly impossible to re appeal. Your best bet is to try to open new cases that are not related to the order so you can at least get someone engaged. This can all be done via email. Phone is tough.
