hi , is there a problem to excess my amazon account (original account not a ghost)in a internet cafe does amazon check the IP address , PC etc,?

You may get linked and have big problems by using public IP. What is the status of your original account?

Avoid using free public / shared IPs.... That's asking for trouble

I'd ABSOLUTELY avoid using Amazon in public places. This is why I have a dedicated ip
for wherever I go with ipburger to counter this.
