Suspended on amazon!!
 

I just got an email stating that i am suspended from selling on AMAZON.com fro selling counterfeit, pirated et.c merchandise on the website.

the ONLY thing i sell on amazon are PS3 consoles which are all legit. What the hell is this about?/?

I believe that if you email them back with copies of invoices and receipts to show that they are genuine they may lift the restriction.

How long has this account been active on Amazon? How many FB do you have and what is the percentage? Any recent negs? What is your current monthly volume?

I think they are finally cracking and moving to an ebay MO of "shoot first, ask questions later". Even the slightest suspicion gets you banned.

Same thing happened to me this morning. Banned for selling pirated merchandise, and my merchandise is bought from a well known distributor...WTF?

Anyway, I send an appeal, so I'll update you to what has happened.

My thoughts....it's your competitors who are reporting you, they know that just the mere "accusation" will get you "perma-banned"...this way they keep competition down. I believe in fight fire with fire...and I'm about to take no prisoners. BTW, my account was up for 1 1/2 mths, so I haven't had a chance to receive any feedback yet, although I would presume that any feedback I get will be positive since my product is good and I ship same day.

Their seller performance team is a rogue element that's entirely out of control. Even ebay won't boot listings I report because there's not enough evidence. I've read on a blog that a suspended seller was told there is no way to talk to a team member; supposedly, their offices don't even have phone service in or out.

Considering that both of you got canned for the same reason, even though I assume you sell different items and it's pretty tough to "pirate" PS3 consoles, I think it might not be competitors, unless it's some well-known thing that reporting someone for selling counterfeits is the easy ticket to getting rid of him.

They are also not responding to my emails. If the same goes for you guys, I'd say it's a sure sign they're done talking with you and aren't interested in reinstatement.

I thought you were always creating new accounts, though. Why so down? If it looks pretty arbitrary, it probably is. They are getting bad.
