if a stupid buyer leaves keywords in feedback and Amazon hasnt sent a policy warning does that mean the bots never picked it up?

You never know with amazon. Why not get that feedback removed?
There's an option to request that, did you know?

Did, stupid amazon rep refusing...I dont know any other way. Going to give a few hours and try again. I got same rep 2 times, maybe ill get a different rep.

Can you pm me any tips?

Try a different time of the day and open a new case log rather than replying to existing one

Replying to existing case log often gets the same rep

I forgot where the option is, but if you just search for feedback removal, it's there.
Not hard to find.
