Amazon & using phone as a hotspot

If I used amazon on my phone both online and with the sellers app does that burn my phone to use it as a hotspot on a new account or would a vpn be better?

I dont think you are quite grasping this.

As long as your IP is different that your banned account you are good. Hotspot is cheap and easy. I personally would start with that no matter what.

I guess what im asking is would the hotspot function on my phone show amazon the same info as if I was just accessing the app or using the phones browser? I never payed attention before what the IP address from my phone was. I used IPburger to check while using it as a hotspot and its some crazy long number and alphabet string

Not sure if i get what you're asking.

#1 If you have a suspended amazon account that you accessed the seller app on with your phone, i would not use that phone again with another seller app.Hell, i won't even tether with it, i use a separate phone that's never used amazon to tether with . Old note 2 works just fine for hotspot. My s8, i use for ebay accounts though. Why? Because i have amazon shopping app on my s8 and just because amazon suspended my seller account, doesn't mean i am not going to use my main buyer account ever, it's got a prime credit card etc.. So i think i answered your question.Theoretically, if you deleted the apps, you should be able to hot spot just fine, as long as you airplane mode it, and get new ips each time.

Well, I'm the paranoid one specially for amazon. So I stick with a fresh dedicated VPN from IPburger.

I'd use a hotspot for eBay stealth , but just not for Amazon ghost accounts

Keep the app on your phone but change the settings to only allow it to use mobile data while the app is being used.

If you are selling , the app on your phone is kinda limited anyways, so why bother?

I found this out by using my phone and iPad and it was frustrating.
Now I have a dedicated laptop to do my AZ business the right way
