So go figure. I also noticed that before the strict feedback removal happened seller was able to remove the negatives on a daily basis, now they do it monthly.
There is a saying that this could be achieved with certain words or phrases which triggers the bots to detect that a feedback is against the policy and thus auto remove it without going to be passed for a review from a real person, but those could be only speculations.
