amazon negative balance
Hello id like to ask what happens if you have a negative balance in amazon? and not willing to have it to 0? i have sold an item to the buyer which creates a return case for broken item meanwhile i have sent it ok,idont agree with the buyer until he provides photos of his claim(which he seems unwilling to do so) the payment has been realeased to my bank account,yet what if i dont plan to return these money?
i would like to mention that im from EU and the buyer is from amazon us.

If you receive broken item back simply send photos to Amazon |

If you keep your balance at negative, and its a pro store, they may downgrade you to an individual if you do not have funds to cover next month fees
If this happens you may have issues with verification if they request for you to verify again to become pro
Better to just have more sales to cover any negative balance and keep your store in good shape... |

no im selling as an intividual ,my question is what if i never make the balance come to 0 again what if i never pay back amazon this money? |

i dont have a problem for this,i decided that i dont find amazon rules good for me to keep selling there,yet i would like to know if anyone has experience if ther is the possibility of legal issues? such as going to court? |

real details account is very useful, one day you might find a product you want to sell there. Not worth it for small amount of neg balance in my opinion, let them take the amount from your payment source. |
