Amazon Account Banned - New Account with Same Name of Company?
 

Fellow Aspkiners,

I had a quick question. I have been banned from Amazon permanently. Now I understand the stealth and how to go about it with Amazon for a new account.

However, is there any way I can create a stealth account with my current company (which was attached to my previous banned Amazon account) As I do not want to create another company and then do the tax calculations and all other things separately etc..

1. Amazon is a different and tougher animal than eBay. You should read the amazon ghost this time for it.

2. No, you can't do that, they'll nail you to a cross.

Also, while you do the amazon ghost, I like to recommend people to pair it with IPburger VPN. Extra safe from my personal experience

You'll need to use completely new information. Anything that links back to your banned account can lead to another suspension.

There is no need to create a separate company, this can be linked back to you anyway. A stealth account will be fine. It's best to speak to a specialist accountant who knows about Amazon though it's best not to reply on tax advice from a forum.

So basically for individuals who have legitimate businesses that pay taxes under their company name are we screwed? How can taxes be paid with a stealth account?

You create an entity with IRS, use that as your business name on AZ, then pay the taxes accordingly.

So at any point during the Amazon seller account setup process do they ever ask for a name? Or is solely entering in business name acceptable?
