amazon Linked Account
 

Help please, I created an Amazon Seller Account 3 years ago and was suspended due I logged in a laptop a friend of mine used before with a suspended amazon account because of low Order Defect Rate, two weeks later I created another Amazon Seller Account, different physical address, different phone number, different router, different MAC address, different bank account, different credit card, I used Virtual Machine, meaning that I was using another PC (even in the same laptop), the ISP was the same, was selling very well for about 3 years, just 3 months ago got suspended due inauthenticity, appealed several times, the last representative reviewed my account and now this time sent me a message letting me know that my account was Suspended Due to Linked Account, don't know how they did it, as I was selling very well with my new account for about 3 years, anyone here got reinstated after being suspended Due to Linked Account?... I sent a Plan of action to seller-performance@amazon.com 3 weeks ago and still don't receive any response from them...

If you're linked you will need to move onto another store.

Try to figure out what caused the link, most common things are IP/computer/selling same items as previously sold.

3 weeks without a reply isn’t a good sign. Most likely they’re done with you. Although you haven’t received the kiss of death email. Assume this is the case. You have a few options left. I’d deny till I die about the other account. First I would handle the inauthentic problem. Once that is resolved I’d handle the linked.

Yes Rusty, I handled the inauthentic problem, when that happened the last email was to ask me a plan of action for not to do it again, and when I sent the plan of action, it seems the representative linked my first account with the second one...and sent me a message that I cannot sell on Amazon due linked accounts, some people say I can appeal that decision, which I did, and that's what I'm waing... what you think about it?

I think it's best to start fresh and start doing things right from the beginning.
