Tax Question / Different name for LLC?
 

As an example, see below:

1. One LLC has already been formed with legitimate information.
2. Second LLC is created for purpose to sell on Amazon. This LLC has different info including names, address, etc.
3. When accountant files taxes for both at the end of the year, does accountant question why second LLC does not have same name and information? Would this look suspicious to the accountant? Does anyone have any experience about this?

I don't think you would want to try to create an LLC under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identity. You are then messing with the IRS.

You dont understand how this works. What you are suggesting may put you in Federal prison.

You open a new company. That company of course is in YOUR name and SS not some stolen one. You then open a new amazon account.

Ok, another hypothetical question:

1. Amazon verified account is purchased and comes with all documents. After this, I would like to change info of LLC that came with the purchase to a newly formed S-Corp, not LLC.
2. Would it simply be a matter of entering all of my legitimate information and paperwork to incorporate through the IRS like it is normally done?
3. Then inputting the new EIN into Amazon?
4. Would Amazon then ask for documents again because I changed to a new Corp/EIN? Would they ask me to input personal name again even after all documents were already verified when the Amazon account was setup initially?

When it comes to taxes, talk about it with your CPA and explain to him what you are trying to do . There are some of them that have clients like us and they know exactly what we are doing.

This will give you the best legal advice and not to get in trouble even when you are using an amazon ghost account.
