My account was suspended from a random glitch

Reinstated within 24 hours

Now the account has been under review for over 30 days while I sell normally

A LARGE amount of Funds are 100% Frozen until the review is completed and it grows everyday. I messaged Seller performance with no reply. Anyone have anything similar?

Yup going through it now. I appealed and they have not responded. It’s been over 30 days. I can still sell but nothing will get disbursed into my account.

Sounds like some kind of velocity review. I'm guessing its a new store

As long as you keep your store in excellent selling metrics and try to get solid feedback from happy customers, you should be fine.

Amazon is having lots of issues recently/delays/inconsistent responses, I would just wait out

when you did talk to them, what did they say ?

and is this an Amazon Ghost account or your real account?

The account is 12 months old and the sales are stable, there is no reason for the reserve.

I have emailed many times and not even one response back.


Any advice is appreciated.

Don't email, call them... Amazon has been super glitchy this past month for me too. It's a total mess while they are updating their stuff

Im on day 46 now and still no funds. I have messaged every team possible, still no response.

Mine lasted 30 days and the account is 4 years ago. I did google some reviews can take 30-90 days there is no written time limit. Amazon did not even let me know the review was over i just happened to notice my funds were available.

Amazon sure makes seller review process, etc a real hassle.

Damn, I can't believe they are still doing this and they didn't fix it.

My only advice is to create more Amazon Ghost account and work on those until this one is fixed.

And keep calling them everyday about it.

What is reason? You can send appeal to support.

His account has been on review for 2 months... I don't see a reason why he shouldn't just use back up Amazon Ghost accounts in the first place since this account is most likely toast.
