Kicked off UK AMZ - Open USA AMZ?
 

Hi,

Years ago I got kicked off amazon for VERO style product. Was idiotic and has caused issues long term.

I now live in the USA and have an LLC etc.

Can I open an amazon account from here using my real name / USA address / USA business and bank details.

Was kicked off about 3/4 years ago ish.

Or would they link me due to D.O.B. and Name?

Obv diff IP etc.

Ive been suspended on one marketplace which spread to the other marketplaces so they are not isolated. D.O.B and Name alone wont always link but if you are selling the same things theres a chance. Will you be selling the same products?

Hi,

Yes same type of products different categories just not Vero.

Would it be a case of attempting it and selling different types of items for a while and then gradually cross over in time.

Or just a no go from the start.

Sell other products first and make it a ratio of 20:1 to dilute the inv you sold in your other account. Personally I'd go 100% stealth so I can sleep easier at night. I dont like any loose ends that Amazon can use against you.

You will still be able to use your LLC with your stealth account for the tax portion.

Its a gamble that will not pay off long term if they link it.

I am in the process of getting a stealth account now.
