Tax Question / When to change to different LLC
 

Couple of questions in regards to Amazon accounts that are purchased on the Marketplace here:

1. If I purchase account, does that account generally already come with LLC/EIN already set up?
2. If so, would changing that info after purchasing the account trigger a document review by Amazon?
3. For taxes, if I don't change the LLC info that the account originally came with for a few months, how would taxes be done at the end of the year? Could I basically specify which company I would like those first months sales to be taxed under even though I waited to change the LLC info in Amazon or doe that not matter?
