Do I need to use A Registered Agent Service?
 

I'm just setting up a Trade Name (DBA) which I will use to set up a bank account so that I can avoid giving Amazon my name.

Do I need to use the "registered agent service" or would it not matter that my trade name would appear on the public register, alongside the same address associated with my banned Amazon account?

I apologise if this is a dumb question, I'm new to this so I'm not always sure of amazons capabilities when it comes to tracking down ghost accounts.

It’s not entirely necessary

But most places that sell llc packages usually offer a 1 year free registered agent, so it wouldn’t hurt
