we have that problem of negative feedback and impossible for customers to remove them what i want to know is how can get positive reviews to off balance the negative ones

Reach out to the buyer, kiss a lot of booty, and try to figure out a way with them to get it removed.

Amazon is notorious for only customers with bad experience leaving feedback.

Rather than try mask over the issue have you though about tackling the source? Are there any patterns reoccurring in the feedback that you can look to fix?

It's hard to advise without knowing more info. It would help if you let us know if you follow the RA/OA or PL business model.

Okay, msg all your buyers and see if they'd kindly leave a "fair" review.

Be careful about paying to get your reviews, AZ has been purging all those reviews AND the accounts that leave them AND the sellers that gets them.

On other note, I agree with John, if it's just 1 review that's normal, but if multiples it's best you fix the issue on your end first.

Amazon buyers suck.They only leave feedback if its negative ,never when they are happy
