used sold as new suspension
 

I have a used sold as new suspension on top of another issue that I think will be retracted... as far as the used sold as new, I am FBA only and only a couple of the 8 ASINs mentioned in the notification may have any merit. Do you think this can be resolved with a good plan of action? Do you think I need to pay a professional service to handle it OR do you think I can do it myself with enough effort? I appreciate all advice. Thank you!

Ok, those professional services usually just do the exact same thing than what we are going to tell you to do. It's like paying an SEO company $400/mo for doing 1 post / week on your facebook.

I know you are worried, but right now, just try to reply to their demands and send in what they need. Be professional and detailed about it.

And while you are at it, have a back up plan by using the amazon ghost to create more accounts.
