Amazon banned ( illegible utility bill )
 

Hello ,

i was making a new amazon seller account , and they've ( as usual ) asked for my ID , bank statement and utility bill .

I've started by sending the utility bill to their email ( i've used it on transferwise and payoneer and it was accepted on both ) , but they've replied to my email :

"We have reviewed the document(s) you recently provided.

We were unable to verify the document you provided because it was illegible."

I've sent them again a similar bill but with newer date , but they've replied that i'm not able to sell on amazon .

I don't know exactly why they've refused it though as i've mentioned it was accepted by payoneer and transferwise , the same problem faced a friend from another country nearly in the same time .

Is there any fix for it ? and is it possible to use the same name and nationality to register a new account but with a new address ? i didn't upload my id to the account , as the problem with utility bill happened so i've decided to solve it first .

but their last message was :

"Hello,

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com."

so, should i open a new account with the same name but with different address ? or should i work to fix it on the current account ?

They sent you that email after you re-sent the same files to them?

When amazon sends you that message they are using the word illegible out of context.Typically what they are saying is we cant accept this document,send something else.If you send it twice youll get the kiss of death.

Do both. and make sure EVERYTHING is different in the new account.
You have the amazon ghost, so keep following it.

For IP, especially with amazon, I like using IPburger. It's worked the best for me so far.

I didn't submit the ID scan yet , in case they didn't accept to remove the suspention , can i use the same name but with a different address ?
