Document Review - What documents?
 

When an initial Amazon account is set up, do the documents Amazon requests include a doc that would be showing a photo ID of the person signing up or does that not have to be included?

ID, bank statement, business license and utility bill

Pulling my hair out over this!!!!!! Amazon nightmare.

Wont accept my self assessment form.

Is there a document i cn download from the hmrc website that is acceptable to Amazon?

Im not VAT reg. I am self employed with UTR

Tried to call HMRC, on hold for over 30 minutes, so if anyone can help

Well , as it has been said , you must supply them all , the id is needed , the other documents aswell .

Maybe you can provide them another form of id if you don't have the specific one you've previousely submitted ??! Give them a call and ask if such action works , like to send them the driving license or something , of course if it wasn't a stealth account , otherwise you'll have to get the document to finish the proccess .

You just need to get a UTR statement from HMRC

When you registered as self employed with HMRC they should have sent you one if not you can request one
