Question: When signing up, Amazon has this big box that says "Legal name". If my real name is Mack Blackwood for example. The stealth guide said I could mix things up and put like "Mackie Blackwood". Here's the issue though. Amazon is requesting ID Verification. Lets say my last account that was banned, I sent them my drivers license that said "Mack Blackwood". If I now use my passport which was a recommendation by elmo. Since I burned my license. On the passport they would see "Mack Blackwood".

Couldn't this cause multiple issues? Wouldn't the same name on the passport link to my old account. OR wouldn't amazon be suspicious because on the first step I entered my legal name as "Mackie Blackwood" and now I'm sending them a passport that says "Mack Blackwood". I'm decent with Pshop. But editing a passport can be quite difficult. And amazon are not fools with their latest detection software.

Anyone understand what i'm getting at and how to go about doing this?. You can PM me too if you like. I need all the help I can get. This is my last step.

They'll refuse the ID because it does not match the name on file. It must match exactly.

Ummm no.... you can't do that.

That doesn't make sense whatsoever . I think you might have misunderstood what Elmo said.

If you come to my bank wanting to withdraw money under Mr Smith, but you gave me your ID and you are Mr.Jumbo.... I'd prolly call the cops on you =P

Decided to use My grandmothers info to sign up to amazon sellers.
Have her name, address, and I have a picture of her drivers license.
I also have a business name/ LLC with a EIN set up with me as the main and only member.

I can get a utility bill and bank statement in her name if need be.

My two questions:
Question 1: If amazon request for a utility and bank statement. Will those documents need to be in her name or in the LLC/business name?

@Canadianleaf helped me with this part. Told me these documents will need to be in her name. I just need help with my 2nd question. Unsure of this one.

Question 2: When I get to the tax section. It will ask for the Name and social and to sign the name. For this section I am putting the name of my "business/LLC" in the "Name" box and my EIN for the business in the "Social" box?

I just need clarity on this second question before I move forward.

If you use document in same detail of old account you will got related Account.

Yes, you use the business name and LLC, as long as your account is registered in the business name. If you want to be extra careful, it'll be in her name and her SSN.

I have done both and both accounts are super strong.
