Amazon account locked
 

Hi
My amazon account locked before 2 weeks ago when i try to load a gift card , i send all the documents that amazon account specialist request ( mymastercard statement payment + email + name + phone number ) and call them every day but nothing works
so is there anyone have the the same issue and how he fix it ? any help would be appreciate

I believe it was buyer's account?

sounds like a sellers account. A buyer account when suspended usually they get an email saying they are an abusive buyer.

Did you follow the steps in the amazon ghost when you made your account?
Or is this an original account?

We need more details from you so we can give better insight

Welcome to the forum OP - hope you get the issue resolved. Was that gift card the ONLY transaction you ever did?

Ive only seen amazon block accounts for fraud activity

when buyers place high value items they normally place order on hold and ask credit card statement to upload while they ask this they normally lock the account down

HI , thanx for replay guys
- My account is original and its buyer account not seller
- Yes gift card is the ONLY transaction i ever did
- No its not Fraudulent , i have Payoneer master card linked to my Paypal account and i already make purchase with this card in other platforms like eBay and Ali express without problems , the only problem i have is with amazon .
- I already sent my master card payment statement with billing address on amazon fax number like they ask many time but these amazon account spécialiste are too lazy and sent the same email to me every 24h (copy paste)

Maybe i should share that email they send me every time here ?

The gift card use was likely flagged as risky - maybe coupled with other factors such IP, etc. Even if you share that e-mail, it's going to be tough fight - have you called up Customer Support?
