Amazon Switch Seller Support Country

I am having a weird issue where an account is giving me seller support in a different country and language.

All of the reps are from that said region.

How do you switch it to be US Amazon reps? I know they are mostly Indian, but I would like the reps that deal with US cases.

You can't switch it but you can try reaching out at different times of the day

Make sure you're selecting the US marketplace in the top banner/drop down menu
