Hi guys, I have appealed several times to get my Amazon account to be reinstated again, it was suspended because was linked to another account I was using with my name after a friend of mine asked me to create it after its amazon account was suspended because of Order Defect Rate: he had an amazon account, got suspended because of Order Defect Rate, asked me to create a new account with my personal data on the same laptop and mine got suspended, I created a new one using Virtual Machine, everything run very good for about 3 years till some listings were removed because of inauthentic items, which that's false as I have authentic invoices from my supplier, but while the Amazon representative was reviewing my account he suspended it because he/she found my account was related to another account, today I received this message, want to know if some of you have had this same issue and got reinstated your account back, I really need my account back:

My name is Paul, I'm a member of Amazon Seller Performance team, Jeff Bezos received your email and am responding on his behalf. We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com.

We found that your account is related to another account that may not be used to sell on the site. Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide details on our investigation methods... we may not reply to further email about this issue.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of seller central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Kiss of death. They caught you and your case looks bleak. Dont expect them to reinstate you, I've had the same message be sent to me several years ago before I learned about stealth. I spent a considerable amount of time, money and resources trying to dispute their decision. Months of stress trying to appeal didn't even net me a single response from seller performance after they signed my death warrant. They have all the cards here. The whim of a single man on the other side of the world can end your entire business without notice at anytime leaving you stranded and desperate. You must got stealth.

If i were you I would go 100% stealth for yourself and your friend and create multiple accounts for backup. Amazon is ruthless with its sellers and gives no quarters. You must adopt stealth to survive on Amazon - there is no other way.

I have received this message "and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com. " about 7 times because I have appealed 7 times to different departments and all of them reply me back, have heard some sellers get to be reinstated when their accounts are linked to others.

Seller Performance does not always act in the same way for all cases, I am just trying to giving you advice from my own experience.

You can try appealing your case stating a simple story of your friend opening an account using your PC or how have you - but keep it short and simple, dont write a giant story as the person reading it will simply decline it. Submit an appeal and create stealth accounts for backup if they decline it.
