"We are currently not accepting applications to sell this item amazon"
 

I sell mostly books but some specific textbooks have a "we are currently not accepting applications to sell this item amazon" error, they are far and few between but it leaves me with stock I cannot sell. Seler Support wont comment further on this. Amazon still allows you to list and send the items to FBA so I dont find out about this until I see these specific ASIN's in my "stranded inventory".

Does anyone know how long certain textbooks have this limit for or until an account can list on these specific ASINs? My account has been selling for about a year now with >$100,000 in sales with flawless feedback.

I also cannot list New or Like new items since I created the account, this can sometimes be good because customers receive items in better condition then they initially thought encouraging good feedback.

Some branded electronics have restrictions to sell too

The only thing you can do is wait it out and see if they re-open previously restricted products

If you have legit invoices and real purchases from authorized distributors, it does not hurt to contact Amazon via email and request approval while attaching the invoices to prove your items are legitimate.

you should find someone with Amazon connection to get approve otherwise they wont accept your application

Well, that's a really long shot finding a contact on Amazon directly.

Even if they say they aren't accepting anything new at this point, it doesn't stop you from trying again right

one account of mine is super old, 10 years and dont need approval my other cant even apply

He is selling used text books,doubt if he has any legit invoice from legit wholesalers!

try Ebay,there are also other book sites
