They ask your photo ID , passport, driver license. Number on document need same you enter on first register.

Any way around it? What's a good legal solution as I'd like to keep this account a ghost account.

I know if you have id made they can encode the barcode on back to show name . Not that you need to do this. But i do not think the id number corresponds to name. It may indicate state , date of birth, or nothine.

2. Nothing in the guide is out dated. Some things can be reworded but the basics are all the same still.

3. You can create a business account and use the info in that business. I'm sure this is mentioned in the guide too.

Personally i think they'll ask for the scan of your document sooner or later , if you have a passport , that will be better .
