It is pretty easy to write a plan of action for inauthentic item claims if you have valid invoices at hand.

Keep these in mind when writing a POA

-Be Polite
-Be straightforward
- Take responsibility (Amazon is not looking to hear excuses
- Assure them you fixed the issue and let them know what you did to fix it/ what you're planning to do to fix it.
- Assure them it won't happen again


Pro tip-
When you write a POA that works, you can use the exact same POA again if you get suspended for the same reason.

I was also suspended 4 weeks ago for the same reason. I sent in appeal also 4 weeks ago and still waiting for reply. All I got so far is that we are still reviewing your account and let you know when the review is done.

POA is simple if its due to inauthentic complaint

What you need most importantly are legitimate invoices

I tried 2 times to appeal but they told me i no longer able to sell on that site. 3rd times I never got heard back. I guess they blocked me
