Account Ver & Suspended

My Account is still going through the 15k verification but my account has been suspended, but the verification team are still saying it will take up 10 days to verify and that they have put a hold on the account as I can't find a suspension email from seller performance does that mean the account has a chance or has it gone?

You have to wait the time frame they give you

If it goes beyond that reach out to them via email and they will typically get back to you within 24 hours
