Usually you can buy them directly off of the Amazon website, located under the gift vouchers section.

You can also pick them up in the super markets.

Be careful from where you buy them from, if you do not know the source, they could be high risk and cause you to lose an amazon store.

amazon directly >> i am not a us citizen so buying them 1:1 is not that ideal.
