How to Spread Around Funds for Dropshipping on AMZ?
 

Hello Everyone,

I've suddenly been approved for over 100k in business credit and I want to utilize on Amazon and Ecommerce. I was thinking about dropshipping to Amazon with source sites of Walmart, Home Depot etc.

How would you recommend I utilize the 100k? Should I try to utilize among one or two Amazon Seller Central Accounts or spread it around?

Any other strategies to embark on? Fullfillment by Amazon? Etc?

You should definitely spread the sales over as many accounts as possible to reduce the risk. I dropship high ticket items & very rarely go over 5 sales on each account before I dump it for another.

Are you new to dropshipping? If so you should dip your toes in the water with your chosen stores with low value orders even if its just to break even or make a slight loss. It will get you used to how they process orders, when tracking details are sent etc... as every store has a different process

Be prepared for invoice requests, so just have that lined up and ready to go should you get the request

Thank you both for the responses. I was thinking about listing the items as Fullfilled by Merchant (FBM), as I see a lot on different listings. Should I be aware of any additional concerns with that?
