Is ID and proof of address required?
 
I need to start a new Amazon ghost account and heard that ID and proof of residence is now required? Is this true? Where can I get these docs if needed?

I posted a new thread asking something about this. Do you know if Amazon actually verifies the IDs or are forged documents a guaranteed problem?
