Opening new stealth amz acounts

Hi,
I am not a us citizen and want to open new seller account,
Amazon US.
Must i use new ssn and any utility bill to register as s seller?
i know that as buyer they don't ask for it.

You need submit ID card/passport, Statament/utility bill . . .

If you're not a citizen, i think Green Card is fine since your flag is USA, i assume that you live in the US?
