New Amazon Stealth Account Documents
 

I opened new Amazon US stealth account yesterday with Australian passport and credit card bill. Today I was asked utility bill , business license and invoices for any active listings. I sent them electricity bill and said that as I'm sole trader/individual I do not require to have business license. I also have no active listings (never listed anything on this brand new account) so I can not provided invoices. After I sent the electricity bill I got reply asking the same documents again(utility bill, business license and invoices for active listings). How should I reply? Not sure if I should sent the utility bill again as a pdf file? Any advice appreciated?

Did they suspend your account or just asking for documents

Just provide them new utility bill

Just give them as much as you can. If you have the option to put a note when submitting the docs, just give an explanation of your case, keep it short and formal.

I have provided the documents (all legit) they asked and it has been 1 week. How long does it take to get reply? My account status is still suspended.

Usually a few days to hear back, you can try reaching out again if its been more than a few days.

Yes I sent them another message 4 days ago and still waiting. They were quick to charge the credit card for the first month seller fees.

You can always call and have support submit the docs on your behalf,that usually speeds up performance a little.
