Ungating Brand With LLC

Greetings to all, I hope all is going well for you

I am looking to ungate a brand and I'll be using my stealth LLC

They are looking to get a name and address so I was wondering if I can just use my LLC's name

I generally make sure the name that is listed under "Legal Business Name" in the Settings > Account Info > Legal Entity section of your account is on the documentation you provide them. Also make sure that the "Place of establishment address" is also present on the documentation along with email/phone numbers that match your Amazon account.

When you create the Amazon Stealth account, you'll be using your LLC name

Then when you apply for brand approval, you'll need information that matches that LLC name
