Anyone ever heard back from an email sent to Jeff's support team?

What was the reason for emailing and how long did it take to get response back?

Usually you'll get assigned a single person within the team. I guess your entire experience will depend on who that is. But generally speaking, I've had long communications with that team, back and forth, no issues.

Replies can take a few days.

They are usually pretty good at replying back within 2-3 days

Emailed them once about money being held in a suspended account account for more than 90 days. They never emailed back but 2 days later the $$$ were released.

Jeffs email is good to use as a last option if you cannot get help with seller performance

They should get back to you within a few days

Yea, every revised POA I send to SP I get the same automated "your plan is not complete" emails. A bit pathetic they won't deal with you until you've passed their automated check phase.

Definitely a pain in the ass. They're looking for specific things and you need to address them. If you're missing something, they'll keep shooting you back the automated response

Leave the Jeff email address until you get to the point where you arent being replied to anymore by SP.

I emailed after I was suspended and money withheld. I received what I believe was a computer generated response.

I emailed for funds held, few days later the payments-funds team contacted me, unfortunately, they never reply to me after that...

Yes, i've sent them 3 emails on 3 different accounts and i've heard back from them on 2, but it depends on the details mentioned in your messages.

The reason was reinstating accounts, and it took less than a day.

I confirm that the Jeff email is working in the last case. He forwards the mail to his executive which will come back to you in few days.
