Amazon appeal timeframe

For those previously suspended for policy violations (not including performance metrics) how long did it take Amazon to reply to you with an email that confirmed reinstatment or deactivation of your account?

Did the response appear to be automated or written by someone on the support team?

they got back to us within 48hrs but it seems to be automated messages.

their CS is non existent... you should just call them and see what they can do right there and then.

Most of their replies are within 48 hours but they are canned replies.

Account? Isnt that 3-4 weeks?

never been there yet but I did have a listing reinstated and that was 48hrs. I think accounts are longer.
