Cleaning a pc

I was wondering what a good method is to wipe a pc to use for amazon account?

it's better to use a new pc, each pc has it's own unique code.

No you dont need a "new PC" if you are smart about it.

Do the following:

1. Wipe your PC clean
2. Install a fresh operating system
3. Change the background and login name to something different, delete some fonts and adjust the resolution to help combat fingerprinting
4. Buy a new NIC card or wireless card so you can get a new mac address
5. If you used to browse to seller central in chrome, now use firefox.

Boom, you have a new PC without purchasing new hardware.

All poor advice - Amazon can't detect your MAC address, no need to worry about your fingerprint (unless you're running a lot of accounts) & you definitely don't need a new PC.

Ccleaner is the program you're after to clean your PC. However it will be better to create a new user account.

Format it and start fresh is your best option

Delete the previous partitions and install a fresh operating system from scratch

Complete overkill

Amazon cant detect your MAC address? First, I can detect every single MAC address when a user comes to my website. I can also detect their browser and many other unique characteristics. I assume a company like Amazon has the same ability. Second, the stealth guide suggests to do this (mixed views) Finally, suggesting someone use CC cleaner is very poor advice. Why do they need CC Cleaner, they can clear their own browser history ?

No, you the the IP address not the MAC. It's only people who've read the guide who don't know about MAC addresses that recommend this, there are many posts from people who know about them confirming this can not be tracked.

Of course you can see their browser. It's part of the users fingerprint which includes their browser and other information such as IP address, screen resolution, OS etc... But asides from the IP address many other people will have a very similar set up and is a waste of time attempting to change these unless you're running a lot of accounts. Even then it would just be for peace of mind.

Ccleaner runs a much deeper clean than simply going into the settings on your chosen browser. However I only mentioned this because the OP asked how to wipe his current PC. I clearly stated after this that creating a new user account is a better option.

It could be overkill, but it takes about 30-1 hour to do so and you'll have the peace of mind that you're completely clean.

I would agree with this. This is the best way to do it and no amount of "overkill" would be too much when it comes to business and amazon.

If anything you should be glad, that a supplier of accounts on this forum is promoting the creation of a new ccomputer each time. It gives users peace of mind with their account.

If you are anyway serious about creating successful accounts you would be doing THAT bit more work on each account to prevent linkage or suspension.

In my opinion theres no such thing as overkill when it comes to Amazon Stealth.

Personally, i'd go the extra mile, buy a new cheap laptop/notebook, and dedicate that to your new Amazon account.

It will save time compared to formatting etc.

Peace of mind, encase you've forgotten to do something.

But more importantly, you'll know for certain nothing will link you because everything is new. Amazon go above and beyond with tracking strategies, so you can't constantly reuse the same computer. One off, should be fine. But not a great long term solution.

or just create another system on vmware, it should be faster than clean your pc.

I have created a new user. I normally use Chrome. So if I now download FireFox for my Amazon account - do I still need to take care of the Browser fingerprinting?

user account is not enough for amazon

be careful or you can get linked. Pick up the amazon ghost guide if you have not already read it

Re: Cleaning a pc

use virtual machines (better even with anti detect tools) OR dedicated servers with user's (not server) OS
