Amazon FEEDBACK
 

Hi
Its really hard to get feedback from the customers for organic sales, i don't run PPC or any other social media adverts, without feedbacks the sales are really slow, i heard Amazon wiped tons of feedbacks last few days, NO FEEDBACKS=NO SALES? or any other ideas?

Reach out to your customers with a unique message as soon as they place their order

Send them another message when it ships

Send them another message to follow up with their purchase once tracking shows delivered

If you can open a dialogue with the buyer, you're probably more likely to have them leave you some feedback if you ask nicely

Hand written message inside each parcel helps.

It helps even more if you literally beg them to go out of their way to leave you a positive feedback (but stay professional).

Include an incentive for them to leave feedback.

So many ways, just be creative. :)
