quick question everyone i use to have exclusivity deal with the manufacturer to sell on amazon.
now the contract has expired and i have left with allot of inventory which i want to keep selling on amazon but the manufacturer now opened his own amazon account and trying to buy me out

if i keep selling my stuff until i run out
can they actually harm my account and if so i assume i would have a legal ground to defend my self ?

Hard to say... Maybe reach out to the manufacturer and come to some kind of agreement to be able to sell the rest of your inventory which you purchased from them.

the manufacturer are pigs..
they noticed i make money on their goods and ending up the contract
its all fine. but i am not willing to give up products i legally bought
for legally selling on amazon..

they would not want to reach no agreement.

If they have rights over the product, and decide they want to be the exclusive seller or have nobody sell their product at all... they can do that, even though you purchased these items and they are legally yours etc.

It sucks I know. They can harm your account if they wanted to. Depends how much they want you out. Have you considered selling the remainder of your inventory on other platforms where this manufacturer has yet to explore, i.e. ebay?

Always wondered about this. As long as you purchased from the manufacturer and they got their money why are they complaining. Are you selling at higher prices and more often than they are? Big babies.

Does it say any where in the contract that you are allowed to keep selling until all inventory is sold?

By buy you out, do you mean your Amazon account, your inventory or both?

Either way you're fighting a loosing battle if you don't have the backing of the manufacturer. If you can recoup your investment I'd personally just move on
