I used to be able to get this category approved with little to no problems.
Now I am getting automatic denials, even though I am sending exactly what they are asking for.
Anyone have similar situations, or solutions?

About 1 year ago it was pretty easy

Now they are much more strict with the distributors people apply with

Try using a different company. I know a good amount of them are blacklisted from people abusing the invoices if you know what I mean

I am trying to get approved in the Topical Subcategory of Beauty, however I myself am not the manufacturer, and I am not getting my product directly from the manufacturer either - I am getting it from a wholesaler. Problem is that Amazon is requiring one of the following three documents:

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
FDA orange book application number
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certificate
I’m not finding any of the products under the FDA orange book (my products are cosmetics), and the GMP certificate says it must have MY name and address (which doesn’t make sense unless I am the manufacturer).

I spoke with my wholesaler and he even thinks that he’ll have a difficult time getting any of these.

Has anyone had to procure any of these documents without a direct contact with a manufacturer? Has anyone successfully been approved to sell under the Topical Sub Category?

Don't feed the trolls bro. Post count of 3 looking to rob your ass. If anything I'd reach out to Beautiful for help getting approval since he deals in Amazon accounts and suspensions.
