Can't represented claims anymore.
 

Today i received a claim in Amazon and this is the message from Amazon:

"Hello,

We have received an A-to-z Guarantee claim of $xxxxxx for an unreceived package on Order xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

You currently do not need to take any action while our team investigates the claim, but we may reach out to you during our investigation, in which case we hold you accountable to respond within three calendar days.

There're no option to represent or appeal this claim on Amazon either. Have everyone experienced this. The package was shipped with Signature require.

They will get back to you first before you can appeal or provide more info

if you added the tracking to the order, the first thing they will probably do is check it, they are just letting you know about it.

I just ****ing lost the claim without a chance to representation. The package was shipped with signature required and customer filled "INR" claim. Time to appeal with Jeff. Amazon AtoZ bot is more stupid than Amazon Employee.

If you used buy shipping services from amazon, they will cover the claim and it won’t affect your ODR. I don’t ever use signature confirmation for my packages anymore since this new policy came in affect. All my “items not received” claims get funded by amazon. Never had a problem

No it does not. Read the policy. This is it what it states

"Amazon now funds not-received claims on orders shipped via Shipping Services May 25, 2016 Effective May 1, 2016, if you've shipped an order using a label purchased from Shipping Services and buyers claim they didn't receive their order and file an A-to-z claim, Amazon will cover that claim and your Order Defect Rate will not be affected


All of my claims that are not received never hit my ODR. Start using buy shipping services on amazon if you haven’t

and Amazon just blocked my account when i sent appeal to seller guarantee cc Jeff. How do you buy shipping from Amazon on stealth account? I usually buy shipping from stamp.

What’s the reason for the suspension? You purchase the label straight from your orders page. There is an option that says buy shipping. You can even purchase shipping in bulk.

Maybe the timing was off. Maybe the block was already in place when the claim went through and thats why they did not allow you to appeal?

Why else would they not let a seller represent a claim.

I dont know, i have another account with the same claim problem and i can still access the account. I don't think they put a block before they sent the message that "i dont need to represent the claim"

I had a few of these claims where I could not represent. Amazon investigates these for possible scams by buyers. Nothing to worry about. Something might have triggered since you provided a tracking number from stamps to Jeff. Have you used stamps for multiple accounts? Also post the original suspension you got. Thanks

i never receive a suspension email. My account just gone "poof" , "delete". I think something about stamp link the account or something.
