Anyone knows how I should handle those messages?

How is that possible that a random company ( not even the manufacturer) file a complain when I purchase all my product from a reputable distributor. I receive these messages from time to time and they freak me out.

They will eventually lead to the suspension of the account.

If all your sales are legit, you should get in contact with the so called "Rights owner" and ask him to retract the complaint.
