Changing IP is enough?
 
Assuming I'm using a different computer, email, phone, etc., what do I need to do further in order to be able to log in from my home (the place where the old account got suspended)? Does changing IP address enough or the safest thing would be to log in from a different house?

1st. You don't need a new Computer, a New User Account is good enough.
2nd. New IP is important
3rd. New Browser helps
4th. New Images, New Descriptions, new Bank Account

What about MAC? The fact that I'm logging in from the same place (with different IP) won't trigger Amazon?

The dont track MAC addresses so that is fine

Check out amazon ghost

You need to replace everything that was previously used, new address, new bank, new card, new phone, new IP etc
