Account closed by myself. How to reopen account

I had an amazon seller account and I closed this account a while ago by myself. (This account was not suspended by amazon)
Now how do I reopen a seller account?
Same email, bank card, address or used another email address?

Yes you can use same email same bank details because your account was not suspended, your details are not blacklisted by amazon, so register for a new account without any fear.

Using all the same details is fine in this case

When you say you closed the last sellers account. Did you close the entire thing down or just the sellers part of the Amazons account?
