Default Still not able to withdraw all the funds from my account

Hi everyone.
Although I've been selling on amazon for a year and a half and I also did a verification process months ago (giving an official bank letter/statement, when I passed the 11K or 13K of sales), but I still don't understand why I cannot withdraw all my money. It only allows me to withdraw a small fraction of the overall amount. I know other sellers that at the end of the week literally withdraw 100% of what they have. It's so frustrating. What is wrong?
Your help is very much appreciated.
cheers!

Sounds like your Amazon account has a risk-based rolling reserve

What does that mean? I never had problems, only 5 stars feedbacks, no troubles at all.

I'm not an active Amazon seller, but this is commonly done by Paypal to accounts they deem as high-risk because of their selling activity. The items you're selling or the category you're selling in will trigger the rolling reserve - not a history of disputes or cases on your part.

Wait for the input of other more Amazon-literate members on how to proceed. Sounds like a typical reserve to me but I wouldn't know how to remove it.

As a new seller (since August 2016) you will only be paid for each order from 7 days after the last estimated date of delivery of that order - irrespective of the type of selling account you have.

Hence Amazon will never disburse the full amount to you (unless you close for a couple of weeks holiday for example)

How long will I be a 'new seller'? Or it's the rule for everybody starting after August 2016? And so it will last forever..?

Yes, Freakzilla is correct. Its 7 days from the day of delivery, so generally 9-10 days from the date of sale.

Oh the days of same day withdrawals, they were the great days!

The worst is if you're selling on .com from the UK. Takes forever to get funds on a new account.
