Winning buy box

Hello Everybody,
I Have a question about Buy Box, In a particular(generic) product in UK Marketplace there are 13 sellers competing for the buy box, 12 of them are from china and other seller is from UK FBA Prime seller, compare to others FBA sellers price is bit high, but less priced Chinese seller win the Buy Box but his delivery time is over 2 week little less than 3 weeks, i though FBA Prime Seller have the priority but i was wrong, anybody explain why FBA Prime Seller do not win the Buy Box please?

Have you checked the feedback scores? Buy box also highly depends on feedback.
