Amazon buyer accounts USA
 

I’ve noticed 3 things in the past few days of my amazon (buyer) account…

1)they removed email support
2)removed “opened orders” tab…now all shipped/pending orders under one page
3)they call to verifiy alot of orders now, and if no one is home to pick up they cancel the order saying its fraud(even though Ive shipped to this address for 15 years?)


Has anyone else seen any changes? Or am I on their watch list?:juggle::bump::bounce:

Pretty large sometimes. I can see them doing it to new stores with less average volume

Curious if others experienced it though

They do not like drop shipping with prime account even i do not use 2 days prime shipping to drop ship. Any new account that place more than 20 orders a day would have to do a address verification and requested for billing statement (i guess this just an excuse for amazon to close your account, they just dont like dropshipping from their site i guess). Will open more and try 5 orders per account and see what happen

I wonder if they were just on high alert for fraud from laborday weekend. They no longer call me for EVERY order lol.

Still no email support but i suspect that is a new thing.

Never seen this myself fortunately and I did make a household purchase over that weekend.
