Can I use my old device for a new account?
 

If I completely factory reset my iPad and get a new SIM card to run the new account, will it get linked to my old one?

I’m talking of a complete formatting of the iPad I used to run the old account and getting a new SIM card.

I also have a payoneer account in my Original name that’s linked to the bank account I previously used on Amazon. Can I link the payoneer to my new amazon account?

The bank account in your payoneer account would be a new one? Or reusing the old?

The bank info must be unique that you are adding to avoid being linked

Reset Ipad with new sim should be fine as long as you follow all the basics of amazon stealth

It’s the same bank account I used on Amazon before, but it was linked directly to amazon then.

You cannot use payoneer account that has already been linked to your previous amazon account

No, it’s a new payoneer account but the bank account linked to the payoneer has been used on amazon before. Get it?

You can re-use a bank routing number, if you have several bank accounts with the same routing / sort #

But you cannot re-use the exact bank number, or you will get linked

So the bank number itself is what needs to be unique, every single time
